Many of our group packages include three prepared meals per day. Staff will work with your group leader to create a menu that is pleasing and desirable for your group. Meals will be served promptly at the times that have been selected to fit into your group’s specific schedule. We are happy to accommodate diet restrictions provided we are made aware of them ahead of time so we can be adequately prepared.
For smaller groups who prefer to prepare their own meals, we attempt to coordinate accommodations that would include one of our fully contained units that has a kitchen.
Our policy does not permit anyone who is not in our employ and who does not have the proper food manager certification to prepare any meals within our Dining Hall facility.
